Annual Membership Dues

Please note: A copy of your business license MUST accompany this application.

Corporate Membership

($325) – This membership enables every employee of your company to be considered as an official member of WPLV. Each employee under a company retaining a Corporate Membership will receive all benefits of membership.

Individual Membership

($125) – This membership is valid for one person only. The individual whom signs up for membership retains the membership for its entirety, transferring and substitution is prohibited.

In making this application, I/we agree to abide by the Wedding Professionals of Las Vegas Code of Ethics and all amendments thereof. In the event of termination of membership in this association, I/we agree to immediately discontinue use of its logo, forms and member services. WPLV reserves the right to deny membership, revoke for any reason, or to renew the same, to any person or entity. By signing this membership application I hereby grant WPLV permission to mail, fax, email, or telephone my company and/or individuals related. It is WPLV’s policy to require members to be in ‘good standing’ at all times. Thismeans,among other things, that all accounts including, but not limited, to membership dues, sponsorship fees, and meeting fees, must not be delinquent. Members who are not in good standing, may, at the sole discretion of WPLV, have their membership revoked. No portion of a revoked member’s membership dues are refundable. However, WPLV will reactivate any revoked membership which has not passed its renewal date upon receipt of all outstanding sums.
